Fairholme Junior: Kindergarten to Year 6

Co-educational in the Early Years, Years 1 to 6 - Girls only, Boarding from Year 6.

Fairholme Junior, catering from Kindy to Year 6 provides a first class all round education for girls with coeducation in the Early Years. At most year levels we have double stream classes and intake is currently at most year levels. Boarding is available from Year 6.

The Curriculum is based on the Eight Key Learning Areas with programs being formulated upon the Queensland Studies Authority Syllabus materials. These are:

The children are encouraged to produce their personal best in all areas of school life in a nurturing and stimulating environment based upon traditional values. Each child is known and recognised as a unique individual. Self-esteem is enhanced through the sharing and applauding of their successes.

Outside School Hours Care

Before School Care operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:30 am.

An After School Care program is available five days a week from the conclusion of school until 6.00 pm. Indoor and outdoor activities are organised, and the children are able to work on their homework. Afternoon tea is provided.

We are registered as a Childcare Provider for the purpose of the Commonwealth Childcare Benefit Scheme for After School Care. Continue on to the OSHC page for full details
