Outside School Hours Care

Fairholme Junior enjoys the quality service provision of TeamKids for Outside School Hours Care.

The Outside School Hours Care program is available to Fairholme College children from Kindergarten to Year 6.

This program is available on campus at Fairholme College:

Before school: 6.30am to 8.30am

After school: 2.30pm to 6.00pm

Vacation care: 6.30am to 6pm, during the private school holiday period.

The premium provider of Outside School Hours Care throughout Australia, TeamKids is committed to caring for children in a welcoming, stimulating and safe environment that is inclusive of all families.

TeamKids complies with the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Law and the National Quality Standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Fairholme Junior children is of paramount importance.

• A Before School Care program providing industry-leading educator-to-child ratios and exciting activities and experiences to bring fun to the start of the school day.
• After School Care with newly updated programs created each week to ensure the activities are based around the interests of the children. A nutritious and delicious afternoon tea is provided.
• School Holiday programs that offer a huge range of exciting incursions and excursions that are sure to keep your children happy, engaged, safe, nurtured, and having fun!
• Quality programming provided by qualified Educators and Early Childhood specialists. With a specialist team planning experiences, no two days are the same!

The relationship between learning and the development of motor skills is well documented. Research shows that children who play sport and are physically active, are more likely to have improved learning and more positive education outcomes.

Within this framework then, outside school hours care programs such as TeamKids, which engage students in physical activity, are more likely to see benefits across a range of areas, including physical and psychological well being, and scholastic improvement.

Child Care Benefit Approved

TeamKids Outside School Hours Care is Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved (this includes Kindergarten children).

Parents are required to complete the relevant paperwork should you wish to enrol. TeamKids prices are competitive, and fully approved for the child care subsidy.
