Cath Butler - Head of Faith and Wellbeing

Cath Butler joined Fairholme at the start of 2016 as the Head of Ministry and Mission. Prior to this appointment, although she began her career as a Music and History Teacher, she spent the last 20 years working in Independent schools both in Australia and overseas as an Associate Chaplain, Head of Department and Director of International Students.

Cath holds both a BA and BEd from UQ and a Masters of Education (Guidance and Counselling) from USQ. Cath is passionate about the wellbeing of young people. Equally, she strives to ensure that they have the freedom and the information required to make personal, informed decisions about how the life and teachings of Jesus impacts their lives.
