Position: Groundsperson
RESPONSIBLE TO: Principal through the Business Manager, Facilities Manager
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager
We seek a committed, highly professional and appropriately qualified Groundsperson to join the College community.
The ideal candidate will:
The Groundsperson is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the College grounds and Facilities, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager. The Groundsperson must possess solid practical skills, and have the ability to work in a team environment. The Groundsperson will be a “jack of all trades” with the ability to perform a diverse range of duties.

The ability to work collaboratively with work colleagues, and to communicate clearly and enthusiastically with staff, students, and families as well as give demonstrated support to and enactment of a restorative practices approach to conflict resolution is required for all staff.
